To Pen Name, or Not?

As a writer have you ever thought about changing your real name to a pen name?  Ali Knight talks about it here, and reminds me that I once thought about changing my name for print.  Kuipers is so hard to pronounce (Kui sounds like sky and pers is the sound a cat makes, and I have to tell people all the time)!  Try coming up with some pen names to see if you can find one that fits your personality, your genre, or your mood.
